Jewellery Warranty Coverage

What’s Covered

Our warranty applies to any jewellery purchased from Saville & Co. that shows a fault in workmanship or materials under normal wear. If a defect occurs due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace the item for you.

What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not include:

• Loss of the jewellery or any of its parts.

• Accidental damage, such as chips, cracks, dents, or scratches from everyday wear or mishandling.

• Lost or damaged stones.

• Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme conditions.

• Alterations or repairs made by someone other than Saville & Co.

• Natural aging, metal wear, or changes that occur over time with regular use.

Ongoing Care

We recommend bringing your jewellery in for a professional clean and check at least once a year—or every six months for pieces with multiple stones. This helps keep your jewellery looking its best. While this is encouraged, not doing so will not void your warranty.
